We recommend a daily pre-operation check of fluid levels (oil, coolant, fuel). A comprehensive service including engine oil and filter changes should be performed every 250 to 500 operating hours to ensure maximum industrial longevity.
Yes. With a machine weight of approximately 4,600 lbs, it can be easily towed behind a standard half-ton pickup (like a Ford F-150 or Silverado 1500) using a standard equipment trailer, often without requiring a CDL.
The rated operating capacity is 1,760 lbs, which is the safe limit for continuous, high-cycle daily operation. The maximum main arm capacity reaches 2,200 lbs for specific heavy-lift tasks when the arm is retracted.
For the Kubota engine, we recommend a high-quality 15W-40 diesel engine oil. For the hydraulic system, use a standard ISO 46 hydraulic oil to maintain optimal pump pressure and cooling.
The telescopic arm provides 2 feet of extra extension, reaching a maximum dump height of 2,825mm. This allows the SKOOP to easily clear the high side-walls of industrial dump trucks and agricultural trailers.
Very easy. Since we use genuine Kubota engines, most engine-related components are available at local tractor or diesel supply shops nationwide. For all other proprietary parts, we maintain a complete inventory at our facility in California.
